Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies

Has anyone been to Subway lately? They have a new cookie- white chocolate raspberry cheesecake, and it is even more delicious than it sounds.  Unfortunately, only a select few of Subway's carry it! I haven't found the closest one to me yet, so I've decided to come up with a variation of one.  The easiest part is that you can add muffin mix to help make the cookie moist & chewy!

recipe:
2 (7 oz) of Martha White Strawberry Cheesecake  Muffin Mix
1 stick of butter
4 ounces of cream cheese
1/2 cup of brown sugar
2 eggs
1 cup of white chocolate chips

preheat oven to 350 degrees
1. beat cream cheese + butter + brown sugar until smooth
2. beat in both eggs
3. add muffin mix + white chocolate chips stir until together
*Put dough into the fridge for 2 hours
4. roll dough into spoonfuls and place on a greased cookie sheat
5. bake 10-15 minutes!
